The UK will help Ho Chi Minh City develop a new central business district, as discussed Thursday by David Puttnam, the Prime Ministerial Trade Envoy to Vietnam, and the mayor’s office.
Lord Puttnam met with Nguyen Thi Hong, deputy chairwoman of the HCMC People’s Committee, to discuss UK cooperation with the city in developing its new Central Business District, Thu Thiem, the Saigon Times Daily reported.
